Founding Principal
Alexandra Lee-Capps
As the Founding Principal of Array Consulting, Alex helps leaders clarify their direction and map what follows. She is a trusted partner to executives navigating high-stakes growth—bringing both a sharp blueprint and a deep read on timing, tone, and resonance.
Before founding Array, Alex was SVP of Culture at SISTER—the global entertainment company led by Elisabeth Murdoch, Stacey Snider, and Jane Featherstone—where she defined the company’s brand and led global initiatives across marketing, internal culture, communications, and people operations.
Previously, she held leadership roles in strategy and growth at global consulting firms, working with clients including Peloton, National Geographic, Milk Bar, BMW/MINI, The Tippet Rise Art Center, and General Mills. She began her career in the nonprofit world, building digital tools and campaigns for Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières to improve access to medicines and mobilize activists in 20+ countries.
Alex lives in San Francisco—her eighth ‘hometown’—and spends her free time on uphill pursuits and hunting for the best soupy noodles in the Bay Area. She holds a degree in political science from Wellesley College.
